im glad you like it! the rough digital look is meant to look similar to games like "Return of the Obra Dinn", if you want to find more of a similar look
as for more sfw art, i really should make more to be honest. the problem is that i end up feeling too vulnerable making "serious" art, so i end up sticking to sillier things

Dreams are an exeptionally good source for inspiration. Being woken up by pain is something surreal to me aswell, it doesnt feel right first and slowly manifests.
